Teaching With Technology: How We Can Reach The Younger Generation
Description:
Today’s students have many more methods of information delivery than the students of ten years ago. Through the use of technology, educators can extend the reach of the classroom and improve knowledge transfer using various technologies. In this session, we will discuss ways that educators can take advantage of technology to improve information delivery in preparation for class, during class, and after class.
Objectives:
At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Appreciate the use of technology to extend learning outside the classroom.
- Apply at least two technological tools to your class within the next
semester. - Design effective educational content for use before, during, and after
class.
